This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to assess the barriers and challenges to implementing 2SLGBTQ+ human rights education, and to identify solutions and strategies to address them. Members will deepen their understanding of relevant policies and legislation and will be provided with tools to leverage this knowledge to support authentic and transformative approaches.

Particular attention will be paid to the importance of employing an intersectional approach to 2SLGBTQ+ education, as well as best practices to address concerns of competing human rights.
